Action Ontarienne contre la violence faite aux femmes

This project will develop an awareness and education campaign on sexual harassment in the workplace. The campaign will have two main components: awareness of the issues to ensure victims, colleagues, employers and the general public have a greater understanding of sexual harassment, the consequences on victims and the workplace, and the challenges victims face, specifically vulnerable populations. The second component will be education for victims and employers on the issue of sexual harassment, legal rights and laws, community resources, and best practices. Tools and resource materials will be developed and online and in person training will be offered.
