Equal Voice

The organization will implement a pilot with two legislatures in Canada to address workplace sexual harassment within politics. The project will review existing sexual harassment policies and procedures and work with officials to adopt trauma-informed practices. Training materials and resources will be developed to support legislatures across Canada. The project will also bring awareness to the issue of sexual harassment within politics and empower those impacted with resources, tools, and support.
