Membership FAQ
Our annual budget is less than $30,000. Do small nonprofits choose to become PLEAC organizational members?
Yes, absolutely! Many smaller organizations have benefited from our membership. Whether you are small or big, we would love for you to join our community.
When will my membership expire?
Your membership expires annually on March 31. Hanna Holmes, the PLEAC Program Director, will send invoices to organizations closer to this date to confirm your membership renewal. At that time, you can let us know if you are no longer interested in being a member and your membership will expire. If you would like to continue your membership, your membership will renew for the following year after we receive payment of your membership fee. How can I change the membership contact, address, or other details for our membership?

I paid by cheque. When can I expect my membership payment to be processed?
We strive to process cheques promptly but note that there may be delays due to mailing times. If you would like a status update on your payment, you can email Hanna Holmes directly at hholmes@pleac-aceij.ca.
Are there PLEAC member-only areas online?
Yes, there are! When you become a PLEAC Member, you receive login credentials to access the member-only portal on our website here. You can access resource repositories and discussion forums. Members are also invited to collaborate in a member-only space on the Slack app. We also share updates and connect with our members directly through email.
Are webinars free for members?
Yes! All PLEAC webinars are free, and we welcome all staff from member organizations to attend live.
Can I get a recording if I missed a webinar?
Yes, you can! If you registered for the webinar and missed it, you will receive a link to the recording, slide deck (if available), and other resources within a week of the webinar. The recordings will also be posted on our website here.
